We share data with trusted third-party service providers:

• Stripe - Payment processing
• OpenAI - Primary AI blueprint generation (your inputs are sent to OpenAI's API)
• Anthropic - Backup AI blueprint generation when primary is unavailable
• Vercel - Website hosting and infrastructure
• Resend or SendGrid - Transactional email delivery (if/when email features are used)

• Payment records: 7 years (legal and tax compliance requirement)
• User inputs: Stored in Stripe checkout metadata for up to 90 days, then automatically purged
• Generation logs: 90 days
• Error logs: 30 days
• Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized, retained indefinitely for service improvement

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data - Contact us to request what data we hold
• Export your data - Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Request data deletion - Note: Payment records must be retained for 7 years for legal compliance, but other data can be deleted upon request
• Opt out of marketing - We currently do not send marketing emails, but you can always opt out of any communications
• Opt out of analytics - Clear cookies or use "Do Not Track" browser setting
• Object to data processing - Contact us with specific objections
