ClearBlueprints operates a portfolio of focused businesses and digital products. Each business presents its own product description, price, access terms, and important limitations. Japan Rail Planning currently offers the Kansai Rail Experience Kit; railway tickets, reservations, transportation, lodging, and admission are not included with that guide.

Product information is provided for informational and organizational purposes. Details may change, and customers are responsible for reviewing the description and any business-specific notices before relying on a product.

Rail schedules, fares, service patterns, rolling stock, reservation rules, and operating conditions can change. Editorial source-check dates do not guarantee that information will remain current. You are responsible for confirming important details with the relevant operator before travel.

Unless a specific product explicitly states otherwise, ClearBlueprints content is not legal, medical, financial, safety, accessibility, or other professional advice. Japan Rail Planning is not official railway-operator guidance, a booking service, or a guarantee of availability.

You agree to provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access another person's account.

Purchases are processed through Stripe. Prices and billing terms are displayed before checkout and are in USD unless otherwise stated. Current Japan Rail Planning checkout is a one-time digital purchase with no subscription. Access is attached to the account used at checkout.

A completed purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use the purchased product for its stated personal use. You may not resell, republish, or commercially redistribute it. We retain rights in the website, product presentation, software, and underlying materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearBlueprints is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or reliance on product information. For travel products this includes missed transportation, schedule changes, and unavailable services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
