Our platform provides AI-generated blueprints across categories including productivity, career development, home administration, business operations, marketing, tech setup, events planning, nutrition, fitness, consumer buying guides, digital legacy planning, family caregiving, money administration, personal development, seasonal planning, senior tech help, and senior travel. All content is generated using artificial intelligence and is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

We use AI models from third-party providers (such as OpenAI) to generate content. Your inputs may be processed by these providers in accordance with their privacy policies.

The AI-generated content provided through our services is NOT:

• Professional advice - Do not use our blueprints as a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals in relevant fields
• Nutritional counseling - Meal plans are general suggestions, not personalized medical nutrition therapy
• Fitness instruction - Exercise routines should be reviewed by a qualified fitness professional
• Travel advice - Always verify travel information, check official advisories, and consult travel professionals
• Financial or legal advice - None of our content constitutes professional financial or legal guidance

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using our tools
• Use the generated content responsibly and at your own risk

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated.

One-Time Purchases: Individual blueprints and credit packs are one-time payments with no recurring charges.

Subscriptions (Coming Soon): When subscription plans become available, choosing a subscription plan will authorize recurring charges at the frequency selected (monthly or annual). You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Once you purchase and receive generated content, you have a non-exclusive license to use that content for personal purposes. We retain all rights to our software, algorithms, and underlying technology. Generated content may not be resold or redistributed commercially without our written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

• Any health issues from following AI-generated advice
• Any financial losses from acting on AI-generated content
• Any issues arising from travel itineraries
• Any inaccuracies in generated content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
