Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Within 1 hour: Full refund, processed automatically
  • Within 7 days: Refund considered on case-by-case basis

    After 14 days: Refunds not available

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact support at support@clearblueprints.com
  2. Include your order confirmation or receipt email
  3. Describe the reason for your request

Most requests are processed within 24-48 hours.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Refund Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to refund requests:

  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago are not eligible
  • Accounts with a pattern of refund abuse may be restricted
  • Repeated refund requests from the same IP or payment method may be declined

EU Consumer Rights Notice

Under EU law, you have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. However, by purchasing and immediately accessing your blueprint, you acknowledge that you waive this right as the digital content has been fully provided. This consent is captured at checkout.
