Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products and AI-generated content, all sales are generally final. Once a blueprint is generated, it cannot be "returned" as you have already received the content.
However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience issues, please contact us within 7 days.

When We May Issue Refunds
- Technical failures that prevent blueprint delivery
- Duplicate purchases (accidental double payment)
- Significant discrepancy between described and delivered product
- Request made within 7 days of purchase
When We Cannot Issue Refunds
- You changed your mind after purchase
- The generated content doesn't match your expectations (AI outputs vary)
- You didn't read the product description before purchasing
- Your request is made more than 14 days after purchase
- You have requested more than 3 refunds on your account
How to Request a Refund

- Include your order confirmation or receipt email
- Describe the reason for your request
Most requests are processed within 24-48 hours.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Refund Restrictions
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago are not eligible
- Accounts with a pattern of refund abuse may be restricted
- Repeated refund requests from the same IP or payment method may be declined
EU Consumer Rights Notice
Under EU law, you have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. However, by purchasing and immediately accessing your blueprint, you acknowledge that you waive this right as the digital content has been fully provided. This consent is captured at checkout.
