Questions

What to know before ordering.

Which languages and regions can I choose?

The generic CSV pilot translates from English (US) into Simplified Chinese (China), Japanese (Japan), Korean (South Korea), Spanish (Spain), French (France), or German (Germany), and from each of those locales into English (US). Non-English to non-English pairs are outside this pilot. Shopify language exports currently require English source.

Will prices or measurements be converted?

No. Unselected price columns remain unchanged, and measurements in translated copy retain their source meaning.

Can I import this directly into Shopify or WooCommerce?

For generic CSV, we preserve the supplied schema; compatibility depends on your importer. An English-source Shopify language export follows a separate path that fills blank product titles and SEO fields in its Translated content column for the selected locale, leaving other cells intact. Actual Shopify import testing is still pending. WooCommerce import has not been validated.

Can it translate XLSX, JSON, or HTML?

This pilot accepts and returns UTF-8 CSV. Rich HTML product descriptions are outside the current Shopify language-export path.

Does this verify legal product claims?

No. The automated workflow checks the supplied wording; the merchant remains responsible for market-specific legal approval.
